Diet! Oh! Diet!

Salam and hi peeps,
Gua ingat lagi tahun 1997, orang selalu panggil aku budak gemuk, beruang la per lagi, tapi kecik2 pun gua tetap comel gitu~ :P

Thanks to my umi aku berjaya turunkan berat badan. Sekarang masih tough gitu...
Well here is my diet that I follow since 1997:

Morning = Eat a lot of stuff (doesnt care)
Coffee without sugar

Lunch = Fruits (Guava & Apple) and Juice

Tea time = Toast (Egg @ Butter/Kaya) and Hot Milo

Evening (before 8pm) = Rice (small portion), Veggie and Meat (Chicken@Fish)
optional: Mee@Spagetti@Koey Teaw@Bihun

Supper = Roti and Teh tarik

*Recommended by a nutritionist (kwb baik gua)

Kalau gua singgah McD gua hanya suka Fillet o Fish...
